These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Archive Fusion specialises in vintage, secondhand, pre-loved, and deadstock items. All items are sold as-is and are not brand new unless explicitly stated.

Product Condition & Vintage Nature

All items sold are vintage, secondhand, pre-loved, or deadstock, and may show signs of wear consistent with their age and history.

• Minor imperfections, natural wear, fabric variations, and ageing are to be expected and form part of the character of vintage garments and accessories.
• Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned and prepared prior to listing to ensure it is in good, sellable condition.
• Any notable blemishes, stains, production faults, minor tears or significant missing embellishments will always be disclosed in the product images and/or description.
• Minor wear that does not affect wearability or functionality may not be individually listed.
• All items are purchased on an as-is basis, and we are not responsible for wear, tear or maintenance issues arising after purchase and delivery.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of vintage, secondhand and pre-loved goods.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We take care to describe all items as accurately and honestly as possible.

• Where an item has an original label, we use the information provided on that label, including brand and sizing.
• Where an item has no label, we provide a reasonable estimation of sizing based on our experience and the garment's construction.
• Vintage sizing often differs significantly from modern, standardised sizing - please don't assume a labelled size will match modern equivalents.
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or screen settings.
• If you require further clarification about an item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Sizing Information

• We always provide multiple images, a description, and relevant sizing information for each item. Please refer to these carefully to confirm fit.
  
• Where an item has been modelled, the product description will include the model's modern size and height. 
  
• Some items may be listed as fitting multiple sizes - this may be due to features such as elastic or adjustable waistbands, relaxed silhouettes, or the flexible nature of the fabric.
• We're happy to offer guidance or recommendations on fit and sizing, but it remains the purchaser's sole responsibility to confirm, based on the information provided, that a garment will fit before ordering.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If you have sizing questions not answered in the listing, please contact us at aarchivefusion@gmail.com before placing your order.

No Returns & No Exchanges

All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or personal preference.
• Refunds are not offered unless item is faulty.
• This policy reflects the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and pre-loved items.

Items Not as Described

In the unlikely event an item is significantly not as described or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

• If approved, a 100% refund will be provided, and a shipping return label will be paid for by Archive Fusion.
• Normal vintage wear, or wear that was clearly disclosed in the product description or images, does not qualify as "not as described."

Authentication 

Unless explicitly stated, items are not authenticated by the brand named.

• All products have been authenticated
• In the unlikely event that an item is not authentic, please contact us ASAP and we will provide you with a 100% refund.
• Archive Fusion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand referenced on this website.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Once your order is ready to ship, a valid Australia Post tracking number will be provided as proof of dispatch and to track your parcel's journey.
• Once a parcel has been dispatched and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Archive Fusion is not liable or responsible for delays, damage, loss, or missing items - this becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Care Responsibility

Vintage and pre-loved items often require gentle handling and care.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, washing or care after purchase.
• Any care instructions provided (including those from original garment labels) are recommendations only.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of Archive Fusion and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Archive Fusion is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
